Payments

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards and payment plans through Care Credit, Scratchpay, and Wells Fargo Health Advantage.

As is standard in veterinary medicine, fees are due as services are rendered. Once your pet has been evaluated by our Veterinary Dentist, a treatment plan will be provided with an estimate of fees. Deposits are required upon admission for all procedures with the remaining balance due upon discharge.

Insurance

We highly recommend pet insurance to help cover the costs of your pet’s veterinary care. We work directly with Trupanion and our staff will also be happy to assist you with any claim forms needed for any other pet insurance plans.

Every pet insurance is different, some may cover dental care and some may not. It’s important to read the fine print and be aware of what your pet’s policy covers. Some insurance companies may also require pre-approvals. If you have any questions or need help submitting your pet’s insurance paperwork just let us know, a member of our team will be happy to walk you through it!
