Does your pet have an urgent dental need or oral injury? We know that oral and dental injuries can be time sensitive and painful. We will do our best to get you in as soon as possible.

To expedite your appointment, please contact your Primary Care Veterinarian’s office and have your pet’s records sent to us. This includes:

• All pertinent medical history
• Any past or present dental records
• Any recent blood work
• Any recent dental or maxillofacial imaging such as x-rays, CT scans, or MRIs
• A list of any medications your pet is currently on
